Pratt & Whitney Aftermarket Supply Chain is seeking to fill a strategic position of Associate Director, GTF Sourcing for Aftermarket Supply Chain. This position will manage a team the 1500/1900,800, EMB/MRJ PW sourcing activity senior managers and extended team. This individual will be responsible for the entire supply chain value stream process from RFI to Bid award. Another key element of the position will be to implement and manage a supplier performance management. This individual will be responsible for partner negotiations and aiding in executing several large LTA agreements with suppliers.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate they can meet or exceed financial plan targets. Very strong focus on results, forward thinking and analytical competencies. Have strong financial, business development and customer/supplier relationship background experience. The individual should also possess very strong program management skills and able to drive lean initiatives across the business will be key.

This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Aftermarket Supply Chain in East Hartford CT

Key responsibilities include:

Manage & direct the senior managers and their extended supply chain teams

Achieve highest levels of quality and internal/external customer service levels to drive stakeholder satisfaction through delivery on commitments with proactive communication. Ensure financial controls are in place for compliance.

Maintain high levels of communication with the workforce regarding the status of the business and key operational plans on the GTF and/or initiatives to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy

Implement licensing committee to continually evaluate new strategies to grow the licensing pipeline

Create and manage business case scenarios for suppliers

Operate in the role of primary sponsor/change agent of the implementation of lean methodologies and tools throughout the organization. Drive ACE and process improvements.

Responsible for the establishment of standard work, KPI’s, SLA’s across supply chain

Develop and execute strategies to determine optimal points to license out manufacturing and technology based on the engine life cycle curve

Refine process for license renewals and engage business processes to grow EBIT

Conduct annual Royalty audits to ensure compliance

Ensure compliance with all Export/Ethics, corporate policies, initiatives
