Provide financial and analytical leadership to the organization.  Partner with senior leaders and provide support and recommendations through financial planning, reporting and analysis to meet corporate goals and objectives. Initiate analyses designed to improve operating performance and effectively and persuasively communicate analysis and recommendations to all levels of management.  Requires significant accuracy and attention to detail as well as creative problem solving abilities.  Reports to Director/Senior Manager, Financial Analysis.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with senior business leaders in the organization to meet corporate objectives
  • Identify, track and analyze key metrics that impact the business
  • Anticipate future consequences and trends accurately and the ability to articulate to management
  • Drive the planning, execution and measuring of corporate initiatives
  • Prepare and present P&L analysis for major initiatives
  • Develop and maintain budgeting framework & tools
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Be aware of, understand the reasoning, and comply with all corporate policies


Education, Experience & Training required:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or accounting.  MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years business experience in finance/accounting.
  • Software or related industry experience preferred.
  • Experience working with senior leaders in the organization.
  • Business analysis experience required.
  • Experience with financial reporting & budgeting preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

  • Strong presentation skills (oral, written, and numerical)
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Ability to retrieve and analyze information from various financial & operational systems
  • Familiarity with enterprise financial systems
