The Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engine business is transforming its customer support processes and systems to support the Next Generation Product Family. We are looking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Architect who will work hand in hand with the IT organization to define, realize and deploy state-of-the-art customer support system solutions aligned with a Customer 360 Vision strategy. The position will have a key focus on enterprise system integration and CRM solutions which will redefine the customer experience at Pratt & Whitney, specifically customer support experiences.

The focus of the candidate will be centered on delivering CRM solutions that provide unified and relevant information in an intuitive workspace, and identifying opportunities which will transform business processes resulting in enhanced customer experiences.

Responsibilities of the IT CRM Architect will include:

• Significant knowledge of Dynamics CRM Online, and the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions.

• The ability to envision and document infrastructure and system design specifications via architecture design diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, wireframes and other visual documentation for consumption by the IT team and customer stakeholders.

• Ability to clearly articulate the vision for Dynamics CRM Solutions with the project team and the ability to solve problems related to both system and environmental limitations to provide solutions that match customer requirements.

• Understanding of the Dynamics CRM Data model and designing, creating, and configuring of Dynamics CRM Solutions, including innovative line of business solutions using both core CRM capabilities as well as custom xRM solutions.

•Partnering with our customers to identify, deploy and support packaged and custom-developed solutions that provide capabilities
that help achieve P&W operational goals

• Translating customer requirements into a solution design and implementing using IT Standard Work

• Delivering IT projects on-time and on-budget with world-class quality
