Purpose and Objective: SAP America, Inc. seeks a IT Business Services Principal Consultant for our Tempe, Arizona office location and various client sites nationwide for the HANA Enterprise organization which is responsible for providing cloud hosted infrastructure and managed services to our SAP customers.

 

Expectations and Tasks: The Customer Engagement Service Manager is a key member of the HANA Enterprise cloud services delivery team ensuring coordination and customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.

 

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field of study and 7 years of experience required.  Will accept a Master's degree and 5 years of experience.

 

Work Experience: Experience must involve Customer Relationship Management in the US and Latin American markets; SAP Product Portfolio knowledge; Services coordination with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting and Support Teams; Account and contract management and C-Level Customer Communication. Experience in contract compliance and risk management (project and business risks). Experience in capacity planning. Experience must also include pipeline planning for potential projects or customer orders with assigned customers, Contract profitability / Margin Management. Experience must include Service Level Agreement management, service performance reviews and reporting. Experience in project scheduling supported by delivery units, coordination of onboarding activities (Customer onboarding, setup and migration including scheduling) and monitoring of delivery and ongoing operations. Experience in evaluation of new customer requirements / change request management, identifying and managing requests for new services (e.g. de-commissioning of systems) and Contract Renewal support. Experience in customer and internal escalation management (procedure and general issues, complaints about SD infrastructure services). 20% travel required.

 

Travel:  20% travel required to various client sites nationwide
