The Photolithography Engineer is responsible for both new process
development and transition of new technology to production as well
as sustainment of existing processes. Areas of responsibility include:
wafer fabrication starting from incoming material characterization through photolithography, etching, stripping, deposition and die
singulation as well as process documentation, optimization and
continuous process improvement. This position will also oversee
maintenance of photolithography equipment from preventative
maintenance to troubleshooting and training of production technicians

Basic Qualifications
Requires working knowledge of the optical thin film industry including
photolithography and etching. Experience on DOE analysis and
excellent engineering documentation and communication skills
Ability to improve yields, quickly solve process problems, simplify
procedures and guide new process development. Experience with
chemical processes specific to lithography

Desired skills
Working knowledge of the optical thin film industry including thin film
deposition Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical
Engineering, Physics or related field
Experience with automated optical coating processing equipment for
processes such as automated optical inspection, wet etching, dry
etching, lift-off, thin film deposition and dicing
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams on projects
Experience with equipment such as Flexifab Resist Coater &
Developer, Sitek Resist Coater, Developer and Spin Rinse Dryer,
Canon, Perkin Elmer and SUSS MA 200e Aligners, Gasonics Asher,
Verteq Spin Rinse Dryer, CO2 Cold Jet Cleaner, YES Vacuum Bake
and HMSD Primer Ovens and Nikon Eclipse 200
Experience with various deposition techniques desired but not
required:
* Low Pressure CVD
* Ion-assisted E-Beam Deposition
* Ion Beam Sputtering
* RF Sputtering
Familiarity with various analytical and Project Management
techniques/tools
Ability to obtain a obtain a DOD clearance
