PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

Provide consulting services for implementation and subject matter expertise in the following SAP SuccessFactors products:

  • Learning
  • iContent
  • Learning Marketplace
  • Foundation

The role also includes assisting existing customers with analyzing, making leading practice recommendations for or refining their installations to better align with their business needs, assisting the sales team with selling our services, and scoping and estimation of services.  Additionally, you will be expected to provide a high-level of subject matter expertise and assist in improving the Learning consulting practice through process improvement and knowledge sharing activities.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Provide customers with business process consulting in the areas of Learning and eLearning content integration.
  • Provide customers with expert guidance on the features and usage of the products mentioned above.
  • Configuration and unit testing
  • Lead and conduct in-person workshops on configuration and other functional and technical topics
  • Provide customers with light product training, demonstrations, and walkthroughs
  • Go-live, post go-live, and escalation support
  • Analyze customer configuration designs and make Leading Practice recommendations for improvements
  • Advise partners on implementation methods to ensure customer success
  • Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing for the Learning consulting practice
  • Assist sales and scoping teams with scoping, estimating, and statement of work (SOW), as well as customer sales presentations (sometimes on customer site).
  • Administrative tasks such as timekeeping and bill forecasting
  • Travel up to 100%.  Average travel is about 20%, however some customers will require more.  Travel at or near 100% is rare, but possible.
  • Consultants are required to meet certain utilization targets for productive time.  Ideal candidates will be able to meet the utilization targets within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and with multiple customers simultaneously.  Depending on project size, consultants typically work on anywhere from 3 to 6 projects at a time.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with SuccessFactors Foundation and Learning modules and eLearning content integration is required.  Experience with competitors’ software and data migration is highly desired.
  • At least 4 years of prior consulting experience is highly preferred.
  • Led at least 2 implementations of the SuccessFactors Learning module from end to end highly preferred including consulting on eLearning content integration.
  • Troubleshooting e-Learning integration with SCORM, AICC, local, and 3rd party content is highly preferred
  • Experience working or consulting in various HR fields, particularly Learning Development/Training, is highly preferred.
  • Integration experience with HR and other systems supporting LMS is highly desired.

 

 EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Must speak fluent English
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills
  • Professional communication skills with all levels of management
  • Strong business consulting skills in guiding customers both effectively and efficiently with a high-level of engagement.
  • Strong functional skills and high level of expertise in SuccessFactors Learning.
  • Strong technical knowledge of eLearning content including SCORM and AICC standards
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML coding to consult on functions utilizing this in the Learning module
  • Existing professional certification in SuccessFactors Learning highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
