Apple is looking for an experienced Analyst to support the People (HR) team, with a specific focus on accessibility. This is an exciting opportunity to work globally with multi-functional partners to identify, and present trends and anomalies. We are looking for an Accessibility Insights Analyst, with strong analytics, partnership and influencing skills, who embodies our culture and values

You might be someone with a legal background and a wealth of knowledge on the legal variations between countries and regions. You might be a data mining expert keen to capture metrics and explore them. Or perhaps you are a strong collaborator with a passion for accessibility able to influence and deliver complex multi-faceted projects

  • Enjoys interrogating data and sharing valuable and actionable insights
  • Phenomenal teammate, and able to partner and influence effectively multi-functionally
  • Able to see around corners, understand the value of metrics and be able to predict and articulate data requirements for projects
  • Passion for accessibility and enabling our employees to do their lives' best work
  • Experienced in interpreting data from a global perspective, and identifying cultural significance
  • Desire to learn about legal variations between countries and regions
  • Excited to explore implications of work councils and aligning with their requirements
  • Understands the importance of privacy and proper handling of confidential or sensitive data
  • Deals with change and ambiguity and welcomes the challenge of adapting to evolving needs of the business
  • An automation-first mindset, always looking to do more with less
  • International privacy and legal compliance (e.g. GDPR)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, advanced Numbers or Excel
  • Accessibility experience preferred

Description
- Data Gathering from a variety of origins - connecting to various systems and databases and proposing other sources of relevant information
- Consolidation and Normalization - exploring existing data across systems and identifying gaps or incompatibilities, as well as proposing changes to reconcile inconsistencies
- Analysis: Demonstrably improving data and estimations - continuously evaluating methodologies to iterate and upgrade over time
- Visualization: Storytelling through data - translating findings into easy to digest information and charts, with clear learnings and actions
- Clear and concise documentation - effective, simple and consistent documentation to ensure future reviews and improvements are easy to achieve
- Cross-functional influence and partnership - learning from other organizations and affecting change across the company

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
