Account Manager - Inside Sales - German speaker
Job Description

About the Role
The role of an Account Manager will be tasked with managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. You will be responsible for developing positive relationships with clients and act as the point of contact to generate new business while ensuring customer retention.
Your ability to clearly articulate our value proposition, demonstrate our products, create and implement a dynamic and effective sales strategy and manage your time effectively will be the key to our mutual success.
Responsibilities
Sales position focused on retaining and generating new revenue from the existing customer base through a consultative sales approach
Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast and hit annual sales quota
Proactively develop and manage a mix of small and large deals, while focusing on closing deals with a high likelihood of success
Profile and query assigned customer base in a territory for add-on and cross-sell opportunities by building strong relationships with different stakeholders
Manage a list of top accounts for optimal high-value conversion
Manage a list of critical accounts to contact for product release or bug notifications
Establish a consistent daily call routine in line with expected call metrics
Develop strategies using the back-office to identify customers who may have need for additional seats
Triage and resolve incoming customer inquiries (email/web/phone) efficiently
Qualifications
Sales experience ideally in B2B SaaS sales and focus on IT products
Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions
Excellent relationship building and strong closing skills
Enjoy to work well in a team environment
Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed and grow as we grow
Ability to prioritize while multi-tasking projects
Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
Ability to speak German at a native level, English full business proficiency
