The Advanced
Enabling and Solutions team manager will direct a team of software
and solution engineering professionals responsible for developing,
enabling, or optimizing Intel technology for customer/ecosystem
products through co-engineering and providing high quality and
stable platforms of integrated Hardware and Software. Scope of
development and expertise spans systems software, firmware,
drivers, high performance computing, development tools, enterprise
applications, consumer applications, and user interfaces.
Responsible for developing and maintaining a healthy portfolio of
ecosystem partners. Provides technical leadership and collaborates
with external partners, domain experts, planners, and business unit
stakeholders. Sets priorities for the team, achieves results across
boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment, develops
employees, and manages perform.
Additional
activities include, but are not limited to, presenting demos for
trade shows around the world, acting as a product evangelist,
program/project manager and a marketer, making sure that software
products by leading software vendors (ISVs and corp. developers)
run best on Intel's latest and upcoming platforms and technologies,
working directly with high visibility customers to provide training
and technical support, giving feedback to engineering on new
feature requests, and developing and publishing performance
analysis marketing collaterals and software application
documentation.

Qualifications
You
must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in
addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus
factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum
Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Customer Interfacing experience.
- Linux, Enterprise/Cloud Environments.
- Software development or scripting (C, C++, or Python).
Preferred
Qualifications:
MBA or a degree in Marketing.
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Computer Hardware Setup, Enterprise/Cloud Environments, Caching Software, SSDs, NVMe, RAID, and Software Defined Storage.
- Project Management or Product Management.
- Developing/deploying/managing cloud applications/solutions or big data analytics solutions.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
