As a member of our engineering community, you will be collaborating across organizations to enable next generation deep learning computing capabilities for Intel platforms. Our goal is to deliver seamless software/hardware solutions to enable our customers succeed in the age of AI.

In this role, you will contribute to development, performance optimizations, and architecture for Intel CPUs and discrete GPUs. Specifically, you will design, develop, and optimize software for deep learning runtimes to enable new platform capabilities, evaluate techniques to optimize state of the art deep learning networks, develop framework capabilities for high performance and efficient distributed deep learning compute, and identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions across individual component teams. You will also help define next gen architecture from a software standpoint.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school, work, classes, research, and/or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Masters with 2+ years of experience or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Must have the required degree or expect the required degree by December 2021.

• Skills include programming in C/C++, fundamentals in computer architecture and operating systems

• Fundamentals of deep learning/ machine learning

• Experience with one or more common frameworks ex. Tensorflow, PyTorch ONNX Runtime, OpenVINO, etc.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with model optimization techniques

• Experience with compute accelerators like GPU and/or VPU

• Knowledge of neural network graph compiler technologies

• Experience in performance engineering, parallel computing.

• Understanding of CNNs and RNNs,
