Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Architects, designs, and provides technical oversight of the development of Intel AI software.

  • Scope may span the entire stack including firmware, drivers, frameworks, protocols, algorithms, and/or applications.

  • Provides software structure and validation direction as required to enable Intel AI software solutions that integrate AI algorithms to solve applied problems in various disciplines (e.g., data analytics, computer vision) by utilizing current programming methodologies to translate machine learning models and data processing methods into software.

  • Responsible for pathfinding and providing technical direction for AI software development to solve applied problems across disciplines, including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and/or prescriptive models.

  • Interacts with technologists across Intel and within the industry to evaluate feasibility of requirements and determine priorities for development.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 9+ years of experience or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 6+ years of experience.

  • Experience in Software or Firmware architecture including documentation, requirements, architectural simulations, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the following areas: AI/deep learning.

  • Compute acceleration of AI workloads on GPU, CPU or accelerators experience.

  • Computer Architecture and SW stacks.

  • Embedded systems.

  • Experience in Linux and Windows drivers.

  • Experience with WinML inferencing platforms

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$187,370.00-$299,710.00

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
