Artificial Intelligence and Analytics (AIA) organization focuses on supporting the SW Ecosystem, popular libraries, and frameworks and optimizing them for Xeons and Intel GPUs.In this position you will be responsible for leading a geographically dispersed team that is responsible for building, validating, and releasing Deep Learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow and PyTorch) and toolkits (e.g. AI Analytics Toolkit) for latest Intel architectures powering AI applications.Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Lead and manage teams of AI framework engineers to perform the following duties: Conduct design and test to validate optimized deep learning software;Design, develop, optimize, and test for deep learning training and inference workload; Implement and test various distributed algorithms such as model/data parallel frameworks, parameter servers in deep learning frameworks;Profile distributed DL models to identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions across individual component teams;Optimize and test code for various computing hardware backends; Design and develop automated test environments for deep learning software; Define, implement, and execute well-structured test plans and test cases;Provide design input on testability and quality, report and track bugs, then collaborate with internal teams to resolve them;Interact and manage customers by summarizing and presenting the updates on Intel AI SW and HW products;Hire, retain, and grow the team, provides direction and goals and interact with stakeholders both internal and external.Sets priorities for the team, achieves results across boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum
qualifications are required to be initially considered for this
position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum
requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top
candidates. Minimum Qualifications:Masters with 8 or more years of
experience or PhDs with 6 or more years of experience in Computer
science or computer engineering or electrical engineering or
related technical discipline with experience in SW development and
testing. 5+ year of experience with the following skills:Experience
with TensorFlow and/or PyTorchStrong knowledge of testing
methodologies, tools, and processesExperience in automating tests
and defining test automation environmentsFluent with Python or
similar scripting languagesExperience with continuous integration
tools (Jenkins or similar)Strong communication skillsStrong
knowledge in computer architectures Preferred
Qualifications:Multi-national management experiences Experience
with C++, Unix shell scripting, Docker containersExperience with
multi-processor/parallel-processingSkills or experience in machine
learning and deep learning, with both TensorFlow and
PyTorchExperience with compiler technologies like LLVM and
MLIRExperience with cloud computing technologies Requirements
