Intel Artificial
Intelligence and Analytics (AIA) organization is growing Machine
Learning and Data Science talent in Atlanta, and we are looking for
a senior leader to make this transformational change. As part of
this exciting growth opportunity you will join our AI team as key
contributor to our startup and ramp in Atlanta,
GA.
As a leader you will manage a group of AI
Frameworks and Machine Learning engineers, partnering with other AI
organization locations across a globe and will be responsible for
the successful startup and ramp of Atlanta location. You will be
responsible for developing cutting edge AI technologies and
software products.
Responsibilities will include
but are not limited to:
Ensuring execution to successfully
build AI and ML expertise at a new Intel location in
Atlanta
Partnering with other engineering teams to execute
a successful and on-time deliverables
Participating in
building out the engineering teams
Managing and leading
the technical engineering team to meet all
requirements
Providing technical and tactical direction,
driving methodical sustaining, systematic troubleshooting, and
continuous process improvement
Developing skills and
expertise of your team, enabling long term growth and
development
Driving effective meetings and decision-making
forums ranging from working level to technical task
forces
Using your creativity, education, industry
experience to guide your team to resolving leading edge
technological challenges
Identifying areas of waste and
prioritizing appropriately to eliminate
Leading the
execution of key programs and deliverables
The

Qualifications
7+
years of management experience
5+ years of
experience in leading of software engineering product teams
Proven technical leadership in managing multi-discipline
matrix organization
Bachelor/MS degree in software
engineering, Computer Science, or electrical engineering.

Work Model
for this Role
This role will be
eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split
their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and
