AML Compliance Officer (Fixed-Term Contract) La Defense, Paris

Better requires process discipline and simplification
The role involves regulatory reporting, as required by law and by our policies and procedures, alongside assisting and supporting the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance team to ensure that compliance requirements are being met. Key to meeting these requirements is your ability to use a wide variety of research tools, systems, and criteria. You will learn and understand trends and developments in Anti-Money Laundering risks and concerns, along with keeping up to date on product use and associated risks. In this role, you would also handle some AML Regulatory Monitoring tasks such as Subjective and Objective Reporting, as well as escalations coming from our Monitoring and Investigation department.
For such a critical position, you will have a previous experience in a similar role, and a good understanding and knowledge of trends and developments in Anti-Money Laundering risks and concerns. Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to be proactive are required for this role. You will be able to work with confidential information and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have an analytical mind and be comfortable using Microsoft Office. Fluency in French and a good level of English is a must for this role.
This is a 6-month Fixed-Term contract.
