You will be a part of one of the fastest growing businesses at Apple as we scale Apple's first party services (Apple Music, iCloud, TV+, News+, Arcade, Fitness+ etc.) through carrier, retail, and financial service partners. Apple Media Product's (AMP) Partner Operations team is seeking a Program Manager to support our Sustaining Operations team. Join the team and you will have a first-hand role in crafting scalable solutions that will help grow services in the years to come!

Through the development of tools, processes, reporting and vendor strategy, our team plays a key role in helping to create consistent and scalable solutions that will support the expansion of services like Apple Music, TV+, and Arcade.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Play a key role in managing the relationship between Apple and external partners through:

Helping run weekly meetings and manage partner deliverables

Identifying areas for program improvement and working with partners to implement

Managing team financials including vendor budgets, FY forecasting and reporting

Create tools and processes for AMP Partner Ops Programs

Work with cross-functional partners to understand tool and reporting needs

Collaborate with tools team scope, develop and test new tool functionalities

Define timelines for projects with internal and external partners

Overseeing program status, priorities, and timelines

Identifying risks or challenges and working with partners to resolve

Education & Experience

BA/BS and / or 5+ years of relevant experience
