Job Description

The IFS team is looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead complex product development programs and projects with highly integrated mechanical, electrical, thermal, vacuum and control requirements. This individual will manage a team consisting of design and system engineers, architects, project managers and internal/external partners to design and build new circuits, boards and modules.

As an Analog and Mixed Signal Engineering Manager your responsibilities include:

  • Manage the complete development life cycle from requirements to validation for application-specific analogy and mixed signal boards and circuits.
  • Direct and guide technical design, development, modeling and analysis of analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components, interconnects, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems.
  • Guide clear define of roles and responsibilities within your team and guide personnel to meet program goals
  • Develop and execute to defined schedule in line with project requirements. Report status of projects and make recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results.
  • Early phase development, working within an inter-disciplinary team to define product requirements and translate them to functional specifications, and evaluate implementation options.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science or related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in circuit design

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven project management experience and skills
  • Proven experience as a technical lead for large and small groups in a global team environment
  • Experienced in systems architecture of complex systems or integration of complex processes
  • Experience in end-to-end product development, with product manufacturing implementation

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$171,710.00-$274,890.00

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
