Apple's Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization supports Apple employees, customers and vendors. We offer advice and develop innovative solutions to challenging problems that come up all around the world. We are seeking a project analyst to support the disbursements process for Apple Media Products in Austin, TX.

Key Qualifications

• Ability to develop as a subject matter expert for a unique and complex payment process.
• Experience with project management and project documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, high pressure and rapidly evolving business environment.
• Ability to think strategically on critical business issues, and to simultaneously act tactically to execute against them.
• Strong team orientation and collaborative style.
• Excellent process management, planning and organizational skills with a determination to ensure deliverables are achieved.
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance and to identify the best possible outcome.
• Experience with disbursements, treasury, or global banking processes.

The project analyst is responsible for driving enhancements to the global payment process for content sold on the App Store, iTunes Music Store, Apple Music and many others. This analyst will play a key role on project teams and be responsible to coordinate with other subject matter experts across the company to achieve critical business objectives. Responsibilities include managing each project phase, including gathering business requirements and user acceptance testing.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree minimum in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
