This position contributes to the overall growth and success of the company by proactively developing leads, establishing, maintaining excellent customer relations and selling company products and services within a defined territory at a level which increases the profitability of that region, Toronto east to the Quebec border. This candidate will have a strong business development focus while ensuring current key customer relationships are leveraged to increase sales volume.


  • Sell ID Technology products including label, coding & marking equipment, labels, inks, and ribbons
  • Work in conjunction with service and aftermarket to provide aftercare agreements
  • Develop new and maintain existing account relations in an ethical and profitable manner
  • Support national accounts as required
  • Follow up on company-supplied leads in a timely manner
  • Utilize sales force to manage customer relationships
  • Prepare proposals & quotes for prospects within the companys standard guidelines
  • Attend trainings and meetings as required by leadership
  • Keep current on trends from both market & technical standpoints


  • Post secondary education in business or technology
  • 3-5 years in selling custom solutions in B2B, preferably with a background in packaging & printing applications or technology
  • Ability to identify customer needs and match their solution with company product/services
  • Knowledge of various industries and applications in packaging
  • Computer literacy proficient in Salesforce, MS 365 and the various applications
  • Candidate must have or be able to obtain a valid Canadian passport and occasionally travel to the United States
  • Must have a clean driving record, valid drivers license, and a personal vehicle
  • Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial role
