The expert support you provide can make our workforce solutions stand out in an increasingly competitive global marketplace.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide direction to, and assist team members in their day-to-day maintenance of clients.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELead and manage a team of approximately 15 associates.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFirst point of escalation for team members/internal clients regarding research and resolution of queries.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsures department workflow, schedules and resource availability are structured to maximize the team\u0027s ability to resolve service issues to the client\u0027s satisfaction.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThorough knowledge of team statistics and workflow including accuracy scores to allow daily co-ordination of activities and make recommendations to improve trends.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EParticipate in the development of innovative and proactive methods to assist team in achieving performance standards.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssist with terminations and hiring of new associates for the team.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECo-ordinate and communicate issues and initiate follow-up with other teams, dept\u0027s, and management.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFeedback, coaching and performance appraisals for associates.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsures sales and revenue opportunities are identified and provided to the Sales Dept.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E \u003Cp\u003EAt ADP we are driven by your success.
