The Associate Relations (Employee Relations) COE is responsible for building a centralized, expert level Associate relations function that establishes a consistent and optimized process for investigating and resolving Associate complaints and conflicts across a broad scope of HR related matters. If success motivates you, you belong at ADP.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EWe strive for every interaction to be driven by our\u003Cstrong\u003E CORE\u003C/strong\u003E values: \u003Cstrong\u003EInsightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, \u0026 Social Responsibility.\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIntake of Associate concerns via phone or web case submission, quickly identifying the nature of the Associate concern, assessing the urgency level, and routing cases for appropriate inquiry and resolution.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssess, address, and resolve routine Associate Relations cases.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConduct fair, neutral, timely investigations and provide guidance.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ERecommend areas for improvement in delivery of services, technology and process.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork directly with Associates across all business units via e-mail and telephone to assess, coordinate and conduct appropriate responses to Associate concerns.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECoordinate general evaluation of cases.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGather facts, details and policies in order to understand the nature, level of urgency and complexity of Associate and/or business concerns.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure that every situation is properly documented in our case management system to enable proper tracking.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConduct fair, neutral, timely investigations and provide guidance related to conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartners closely with Director Associate Relations.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EContribute to the overall build and execution of the Associate Relations Center of Excellence.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThe successful candidate will possess a Bachelor\u0027s Degree in Human Resources or related field.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E2-4 years of HR and Employee Relations experience.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E#LI-GR1\u003C/div\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECandidate should demonstrate working knowledge of workplace regulatory regimes and employment laws.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPHR or SPHR and/or dispute resolution certifications are preferred.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EKnowledge of local, state and federal regulatory requirements related to employee relations and legal obligations of employer/associate relations for the region.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated expertise with regional (US /Canada or EMEA or LATAM or APAC) employee relations rules and regulations required.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent listening, questioning and problem solving skills.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDetail oriented, strong organizational skills; ability to set priorities for self and work with sense of urgency.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConsultative skills; the ability to coach associates.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAct with integrity, objectivity, fairness and impartiality.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExhibits sound judgment and courage.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProcess and continuous improvement orientation.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInterpersonal skills, ability to give and receive constructive feedback, ability to interact and partner with people at all levels including Executives.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to work comfortably across organizational boundaries, and quickly gain the credibility and respect of associates at multiple levels.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBe highly team-oriented, willing to lead change for the betterment of the function / ADP.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProficient in All Microsoft Office Suite Applications -- Excel, Word, Outlook.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDeadline-oriented and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECan-do attitude and ability to think and react appropriately.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDesire to learn and grow professionally.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProfessional phone etiquette and client relationship skills.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to manage time in a fast-paced environment.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESound knowledge of general Human Resources policies and procedures.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
