BIOS Firmware Engineer - Memory Reference Code (Remote)

Client MRC is a fun and challenging software engineering team that delivers industry-leading Memory Reference Code for bleeding-edge Intel silicon products. The team works collaboratively with design and hardware engineers to understand, develop, and validate state-of-the-art memory software and firmware to ensure a stable, world-class memory subsystem. Additionally, the team is involved in breaking memory speed overclocking world records and working with industry standardization boards to influence next generation memory specifications.
You will help us with the following responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and improve memory initialization code
- Create, improve, and maintain internal documentation
- Work with hardware design and architecture partners to deliver new software

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job. This an entry level position and will compensate accordingly.
Education Requirement
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ months of school/project experience with:
- C/C++ programming skills
- Computer architecture fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience building PC's or overclocking.
Knowledge of memory technologies.

$84,060.00-$126,320.00
