The Accelerated Computing Systems and Graphics Group (AXG) is chartered with delivering high-performance computing (HPC) and graphics solutions (IP, Software, Systems), for both integrated and discrete segments across client, enterprise, and data center. The Custom Compute Group (XCC)  withing AXG is focused on identifying and delivering differentiated solutions into Blockchain, Hyperscale, Edge, Console and Federal Projects by offering custom silicon/platform solutions to our customers.

As a key member of the Blockchain Accelerator business team, this role will develop, lead and manage pathfinding and scaling initiatives required to build the business from zero to a significant revenue stream for Intel.

Job responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

• Pathfinding to explore new use cases and develop market opportunities for blockchain accelerators and associated IP blocks.
• Developing the business case, strategies, and go-to-market plans for new blockchain accelerator market opportunities.
• Engaging customers to assess product needs and secure design wins.
• TAM/SAM analysis, market segmentation, competitive analysis.
• Influencing software and hardware roadmaps and the driving the product planning process for new products.
• Demand forecasting, supply planning, and revenue forecasting/judgment.
• Monitoring the market and competitor positioning for timely business sensing.
• Identifying, evaluating and managing new market development opportunities, initiatives, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures to drive scale.
• Influencing at all levels of the organization and managing stakeholders across functions and organizations to drive results.

Qualifications

Minimum skills and experience:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or Computer Science with 8+ years of industry experience.

3 + years of experience in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or data center operations.

8+ years of  experience must be in the following:

• Managing business development or pathfinding activities.
• Experience interfacing with external customer or vendors.
• Experience developing externally-facing content, including sales collateral and executive presentations.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Engineering degree and MBA.
• 10+ years of experience in new business creation or new product development
• Understanding of supply chain, product development and marketing of compute products.
