Develops simulation infrastructure, simulators, and models used internally and by external customers for architecture exploration and technical readiness, pre-silicon development, validation, and evaluation.
Includes development of software tools and collaterals to optimize Intel blockchain performance, power, quality, and reliability.
Develops mathematical and statistical models of Intel blockchain performance, power, quality, reliability, manufacturing, test, and/or customer usage attributes.
Develops software algorithms to optimize these blockchain attributes and implements these optimization solutions in user friendly and highly efficient software that enables simulations and/or closed form calculations. Implements automated analytical methods to turn data from various sources to information required to optimize Intel blockchain.

Integrates, validates, and debugs software across the stack for a specific product, platform, feature, or technology. Designs and develops a software validation environment, the integration, and the enabling of the software stack. Responsible for the creation of validation plans, automation, associated methodologies, and triage and debugging of failures. Writes validation standards and procedures, analyzes the results to ensure correct functionality, triages failures, and recommends or develops corrective action. Assesses the state of the art and employs new methods to improve quality, automation, and product release efficiency.

Develop a large scale continuous delivery system that standardizes and streamlines product development from initial requirements to customer delivery using simplified systems of systems workflow across Intel. We redefined the E2E system engineering data model to provide rigorous traceable decomposition of customers' requirements and platform features.

A successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing the overall design and development of systems of systems, with orientation to customer needs and understanding of implementation limitations throughout the systems' life cycle.
* A core member engineering efforts include:
* Research, recommend, specify and document PLC workflow for blockchain platforms in support of organization's strategic vision
* Understanding customer's needs and requirements analysis.
* Stakeholder management, problem-solving, and results-orientation skills plans, change management, mitigation/minimizations
* Analysis of risks and gaps in knowledge, preparing
* Conceptual design of systems/components with emphasis towards ease of use, reliability, safety, availability, maintainability, data quality, and cost.
* Activities planning according to the principles of standard program management practices - schedules/timelines, resources, critical paths, constraints, and stakeholder management.
* Reviewing the design activities, incorporating systems engineering tools, implementing tools for consistent evaluation of system design quality, cross organization alignment and influence.
* Influences the shaping of future products/solutions by significantly contributing to the architecture, design and technology employed throughout the compute continuum.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineer, Systems Engineering or Similar technical STEM degree OR
Master's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineer, Systems Engineering or Similar technical STEM
20+ years of industry experience
15+ years of experience with validation processes and requirement management
15+ years of experience with Process definition, milestones and workflow for Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and product development lifecycles (PLC)


Training development and delivery for standardized requirements processes and requirements quality, systems development, integration, or validation
15+ years of experience Leading workgroups or projects that involve project definition (architecture) and/or execution (development, integration, validation, debug)
15+ years of experience with each of the following:
Formal test management, execution, validation experience in a hardware, firmware, software or systems.
Identify, explore and drive resolution to critical issues that impact teams and projects.
Developing, updating, and communicating progress through data-driven indicators, to program or stakeholder forums, as well as to management
