Amgen Inc.; Business Analysis Information Manager, Customer Strategy & Analytics; Thousand Oaks, CA: Lead marketing analysis activities to develop strategic insights by collecting, analyzing, and reporting marketing data. Organizing and facilitating strategic and competitive simulation workshops; Generating and presenting marketing CI research reports for business stakeholders using Tableau, Biomedtracker, Trialtrove, SiteTrove, Pharmaprojects, AnalySource, PharmaTell, Evaluate Pharma, FactSet, and Alphasense; Providing CI recommendations to identify unmet need disease areas to venture for accelerated growth and novel patient support; Building knowledge management systems to generate, house and archive CI findings and reports using HTML, MS Project, and MS Visio; Directing research to support and educate internal teams about changing market dynamics; Supporting a drug’s pre-launch activities by providing landscape assessment, competitor identification and tracking and monitoring key competitor activities; and Performing data analysis for marketing Competitive Intelligence using SAS, and Conjoint Analysis. 20% travel required. 40 hours per week.
