About the Role:

Put very simply, the primary purpose of our Business Development Director is to add new revenue from existing clients. This is accomplished by getting clients to add new programs and/or increase product coverage, and also increase our pre-existing contractual amounts.  You will analyze each client with a consultant-like approach. 

If you are someone that always has a finger on the pulse of news and happenings in our industry, are able to execute in the short-term but also have a long-term vision, and would find it exciting to drive significant ROI for our clients because of Stylitics offerings, this is the role for you! 

What you will do:  

  • Build, lead and grow a specific set of clients. You will sell our product solutions to top  accounts, including Fortune 50-500 caliber retailers and brands. .
  • Be the strategic leader for each of your clients. You will work with executive-level counterparts, helping to develop and implement programming that increases profitability and customer engagement.   
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with our customers and internal customer success teams, looking for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenue. 
  • Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers. 

What we are looking for:

  • 6-10 years of relevant job specific experience - building relationships that result in new, profitable revenue opportunities as well as driving incremental growth on existing work.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Someone who is, or will shortly become, a subject matter expert within the ecosystem. 
  • Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations.
  • Passion about business and comfortable with the unknown – always thinking of ways to improve/grow.
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business.
  • Strong problem solving and demonstrated strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to work in a digital work environment.
  • Ability to be independent, self-motivated, and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Highly detailed and planning oriented with exceptional follow-through and initiative
  • Positive attitude—willing to help out in all regards
  • Highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.
