Designs, develops, tests, and debugs software tools, flows, and methodologies used in design automation and by teams in the design of hardware products, process design, or manufacturing. Responsibilities include capturing user stories/requirements, writing both functional and test code, automating build and deployment, and/or performing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of the software tools.
Qualifications
Minimum
qualifications are required to be initially considered for this
position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum
requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top
candidates.Minimum Qualifications:Candidate must possess a Masters
degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer
Science, or a related field with experience in the following:-
Experienced in RTL design processes and tools, including
simulation, static and formal tools, like Synopsys VCS, Design
Compiler, SpyGlass, VC, Cadence Conformal- Scripting knowledge e.g.
Python, Perl, TCL- Working knowledgeable of revision control
systems, e.g. Git- Experience working in the Unix environment,
including Makefiles- Familiar with program management methods and
tools, e.g. JiraPreferred Qualifications:- Experienced in
(System)Verilog, OVM/UVM- Good communication skills with design,
validation and other technical teams- Work under tight time
constraints and be able to prioritize accordinglyRequirements
listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant
job experience, internship experiences and or
schoolwork/classes/research.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
