The Canada ES Service Outbound Loyalty Representative maximizes client retention by acting as the liaison between the clients (whose knowledge level ranges from no payroll experience to payroll expertise) and the business segment. As a result of a proactive outreach (outbound call) performs all activities that support client retention through the following components -- Risk Assessment (based on dialogue), facilitate pricing changes or concessions, faciliate the resoultion of outstanding service related issues and survey follow up programs. Maximizes retention by working with the client and ADP associates and management to resolve any issues that are within our control, and may affect the client's decision to stay with ADP. Also works with MAS Accounting, Sales, Finance Executive, Service Executives and/or Relationship Management Executive to negotiate pricing concessions, as necessary.

  • Ensures client satisfaction and retention through timely and successful installation and conversion of ADP Major Account workforce management solutions in a manner consistent with the framework of "One ADP" solution delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective verbal and written communications and relationships with clients and ADP associates to contribute to a successful overall client experience.
  • Utilize a combination of product knowledge, HR knowledge and project management skills to ensure a quality implementation experience for the client.
  • Proactively contact clients during the implementation process to assess their satisfaction and fully utilize standardized tools and technology to support "One ADP" workforce management solution delivery.
  • Using specific feature knowledge, product expertise, analytical and consultative skills, and the associate is responsible for configuring and implementing specific ADP features that are part of the overall solution for our clients. Analyze, collaborate and configure.
  • Work independently and directly with the client or they can work with clients as part of an ADP project team. Their interactions can also include Third Party vendors.
  • Utilize strong communication, analytical and project management skills combined with solution knowledge to ensure a quality implementation.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Court Coursed Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, any field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year KPO/Shared Services experience, general office, customer service and/or data entry experience.
  • Above average verbal and written communications skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • 2 years work experience within a functional area (HR, Benefits, Payroll) and/or a similar product expertise is a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in a business to business client service environment or equivalent education and experience (examples: high volume, problem resolution, etc.) is a plus
  • Must be proficient using PCs with resultant working knowledge of various operating systems required; Competent in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Basic project management skills required, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • U.S. HR, Benefit and payroll, programming logic knowledge is a plus
