\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EROLE PURPOSE:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003ETo implement and support the ADP products/Services within HongKong and Macau, utilizing best of breed methodologies, ensuring that our clients experience World Class Service resulting in the highest Quality solutions being delivered On Time and On Budget.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConduct blueprinting workshops to obtain the client\u0027s requirements.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork with client and client\u0027s previous vendors to ensure proper understanding and gathering of all existing data, information and processes.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide analysis and solution to client to enhance client practices or match client process with ADP operation standards in terms of system, dispatching, social benefits, and core payroll services.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDesign and document the client\u0027s solution including their business requirements, their HR out-sourcing process and any program specifications required according to ADP\u0027s documentation guidelines\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELiaise with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including performing data loads and reconciliation\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide end user training including creating training material and training systems.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGenerate test scripts to enable clients to adequately test the solution\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESupport clients throughout the UAT, Parallel and Go-Live phases.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain up to date knowledge of the ADP BOB Template, Products \u0026 Service Practices, and Labour Law.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEscalate project issues to Implementation Manager including scope variations, task slippages and any risks that may arise during the project.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELiaise with internal teams to ensure that client\u0027s requirements are understood and timeframes are adhered to;\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EActing Project Manager when needed.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS \u0026 EXPERIENCE:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUniversity degree, majored in computer science or related\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E5\u002B years experience in Payroll/HR implementation\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGood Knowledge in at least two of the following HR areas: IIT/Labour Law/Payroll \u0026 Salary/Social Benefits\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAt least 3 full life cycle Payroll system implementation project experience\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EKnowledge of implementation methodologies\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EKnowledge of support methodologies including use of an issue tracking system\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to use a document management system\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProfessional manner and presentation and ability to set, manage and satisfy client\u0027s expectations through personal involvement or delegation\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to understand and work with different cultures professionally.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent meeting management skills\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EClient focused, demonstrate concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of clients.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to priorities tasks and time management skills, ability to work across various projects, ability to lead a team of consultants to effectively implement a solution\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnalytical thinking/problem solving skills -- work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to handle conflicts and negotiate a mutually acceptable solution across internal teams\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
