The Customer Advocacy team is looking for a Chat Team Manager to lead a team of advisors. As a Team Manager you will be available for your team during their shifts, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays. If this sounds like you, you could be the next Team Manager on our team.

Key Qualifications

  • Current Team Manager with two or more years experience in a Team Manager role
  • Exceptional leadership ability and managerial acumen
  • Project management experience
  • Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor your message to your audience
  • Self-motivated to get things done as well as team motivator to ensure business needs are met
  • Identify and Analyze issues, patterns and trends
  • Exceptional time management skills and great attention to detail
  • Willingness and flexibility in taking on new responsibilities as business requires

Responsibilities Include:
- Exhibit a supportive and dynamic support experience for a team of Advisors
- Demonstrate expertise in conducting 1:1's, check-ins, and all other TM duties
- Demonstrate effective time management by completing all assigned tasks
- Actively manage the performance of their team
- Define and deliver goals and expectations for direct reports
- Measure and report attainment of goals
- Seek and take action on improvement opportunities
- Meet standard performance goals
