Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.
Make significant contributions for designing, development, and validation of testability circuits.
Evaluate, develop and debug complex test methods.
Develop and debug complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment.
Create and test validation and production test hardware solutions.
Test, validate, modify, and redesign circuit to guarantee component margin to specification.
Analyze and evaluate component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability, with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.
Analyze early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities.
Create and apply concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.
Schedule daily tasks, develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
Qualifications
Minimum
Education Requirements
Bachelors'
degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer
Science, or related field of study.
Minimum
Qualifications:
5+ years of
experience in IC design or testing.
5+ years of
experience in Data analysis.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with any
of the following:
DFT;
ATPG tool, SCAN,
MBIST, High-speed IO testing
methodologies &
ATE testing methodologies.
Product characterization & qualification (ESD,
Package, HTOL/Burn-in, DPM).
Manufacturing development
(monolithic and multi-dies
MCP).
Unix or Linux with
programming or scripting in Python, Perl or C.
Technical
program cross-functional
management.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
