Better starts and ends with the customer

You will be responsible for delivering the best client management whilst actively developing existing client portfolios in the Foreign Exchange Payments market. You will build relationships with existing clients to achieve profitable growth and retention. You will identify, develop and execute foreign exchange, hedging strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises and corporate clients. Well look to you to provide professional expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to your clients. Youll develop a deep knowledge of our clients business to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth. Youll identify and drive upsell opportunities to maximize client performance.

To be successful in this role, you need to bring significant client / account management experience in the banking / financial sector, in combination with a strong commercial focus and a proven track record in attaining / exceeding revenue targets. Knowledge and experience in Foreign Exchange Payments would be ideal. You will be motivated, detail-orientated and comfortable in a fast-paced and target driven environment. A good level in English language is required for this role.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
