Oversee the use of standard process workflows by team\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFunction as a consultant and business partner to other groups within ADP\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETrain and mentor team members and identify development needs across the team, working Director to coordinate additional training as needed\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETrack various productivity and performance standards to ensure that established levels are achieved, especially during critical activity periods\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EServe as an acting backup to the Director, providing leadership, guidance and direction to team members in the absence of the director\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage escalated issues and provide direction.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECollaborate with peers to establish best practices\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnalyze team statistics and prepare reports for the Director\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEvaluate associates on performance and complete annual performance appraisals.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork in collaboration with associate to establish Individual Development Plans.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop and administer corrective action and performance improvement plans.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EHire/Fire authority in conjunction with Human Resources.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMay have budgetary responsibility.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMay have oversight of Workforce Management to include scheduling, and succession planning.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EParticipate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities with other business units\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s degree\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAt least 5 years of experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAt least 3 years of people leadership experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E \u003Cp style=\u0022\u0022\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPayroll experience as well as working experience with ADP\u0027s Workforce Now software platform \u003Cstrong\u003Ehighly \u003C/strong\u003Epreferred\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECPP or FPC \u003Cstrong\u003Ehighly\u003C/strong\u003E preferred\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProficiency and in-depth knowledge of all pertinent ADP HR, Payroll and Benefits policies and procedures\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMBA or advanced degree\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to work and thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving results\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of management\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to assess team members\u0027 performance and provide motivational support\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to work both independently and as part of a team\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong client relationship building skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate level\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProficient using Microsoft Office\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrior leadership training\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/div\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
