Intel's Microsoft Technology Center is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their Cloud Software Engineering team.

As part of the Cloud Software Engineering team you work across Intel Product Groups and closely with our key partner to deliver highly optimized cloud solutions. You will be working on current and next generation IA platforms to help ensure that our cloud customers can take full advantage of our latest features as well as driving IA differentiation into cloud Server Software Products.

You will work closely with Intel Architects and our external partners to help optimize and develop innovative solutions to solve challenges in a rapidly moving business and technology environment. Responsibilities will Include:

• Engage with key external partner teams and Intel teams to understand the use case, new technologies and opportunities for Intel.

• Use performance methodologies to improve Intel's hardware and optimize data platforms software to ensure best performance on IA.

• Enable new Intel technologies like storage, memory, security for data platforms and enable new use cases.

• Be a team player, contribute to overall growth of team through knowledge sharing and finding opportunities for efficiencies in the team.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's with 4+ years or master's with 3+years or PhD with 1 year in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical engineering or Physics or Mathematics or comparable technical discipline.

3+ years of experience with the following technical skills:

• Solid experience in Software Development, Software Optimization and debugging.

• Experience in C, C++, data structures.

• Solid understanding of computer architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance tools and methodologies.

• Knowledge of cloud storage and databases.

• Proficient with Microsoft development tools and environments.

• Multithreaded programming patterns and libraries knowledge.

• Solid expertise in Server Operating Systems and Concepts

• Good verbal, written and presentation skills to influence management and technical stakeholders across both Intel and Microsoft.
