Intel's Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) is seeking passionate Software Engineers to join their cloud engineering team.

This is a great opportunity offering a unique and exciting role to continue to accelerate hardware and software innovations for our external partners. As part of the Intel's cloud engineering team, you will work across many Intel product groups and with our partners to deliver highly optimized cloud solutions using Intel's latest technologies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Enable Intel technologies spanning many domains, including compute, storage, memory, accelerator and security.

• Learn and use state-of-the-art performance methodologies to improve Intel's hardware and optimize data platforms software to ensure best performance on new Intel technologies.

• Drive learnings and feedback from external customers enabling into Intel's many product developments teams to help shape future generations Intel's products.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school-work/ classes/ research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's with 4+ years or master's with 3+years or PhD with 1 year in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical engineering or Physics or Mathematics or comparable technical discipline.

3+ years of experience with the following technical skills:

• Solid experience in Software Development, Software Optimization and debugging.

• Experience in C, C++, data structures.

• Solid understanding of computer architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance tools and methodologies.

• Knowledge of cloud storage and databases.

• Proficient with Microsoft development tools and environments.

• Multithreaded programming patterns and libraries knowledge.

• Solid expertise in Server Operating Systems and Concepts, Kernel and Driver development and debug, File Systems.

• Windows system Application Program Interface (API).
