We are establishing a centralized cloud team to enable public cloud access, build out cloud core platform services, deploy cloud managed services for app teams and app team adoption. You will help us to build out the Technical Account Manager (TAM) function in our org. You will partner with key application teams to understand their challenges, work through their issues and help them to adopt our public cloud services.

The ideal candidate is someone with a proven technical account management, sound technical cloud knowledge and stakeholder / relationship management.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of technical account management for software products.
  • Public cloud experience working with major public cloud provider services, managed cloud services and cloud app migrations.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Understands customers needs and maps to products and services or identifies additional features.
  • Partners with solutions architects and platform engineers on additional features.
  • Provides updates to customers on roadmaps, product feature and availability.
  • Maintains customer relationship and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Experienced in program and project management.
  • Past development experience is nice to have.
  • Experience in process engineering to improve existing processes with a metrics driven approach.
  • Naturally accountable and responsible: Self-starter, self-motivated, disciplined, and self-sufficient.
  • Good at prioritization and applying sound, data-based judgement to weigh trade-offs.
  • Strong sense of ownership, customer service and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
  • Pro-active in approach, focus on innovation and ability to learn new technologies.

Description

You will help to build out the Technical Account Manager function and processes in our organization.

You will establish customer engagement processes and customer lifecycle management.

You will be assigned to key customers, engage with them, understand their cloud requirements, advise them on cloud products and services.

You are measured on the success of the customer.

Address cloud related product and service queries.

Partner with solution architects on complex architecture requirements.

Provide feedback any new feature requests to our engineering teams and keep the customer informed of roadmaps and feature availability.

Education & Experience

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years or equivalent experience. Project Management and Cloud certification are a plus
