Join us to be a member of our central Computer Aided Design (CAD)/Design Automation (DA) team that builds and supports state-of-the-art tools, flows and methods for the latest E-Core RTL, architectures and technologies. As part of the team you will be responsible for defining, implementing and supporting the specific E-Core flows, tools and methods. This includes working with designers, validation, tool vendors and IT.
We are looking for:
Computer or Software engineer with a passion for scripting and coding with the ability to test any code developed to deliver with a high level of quality. Enjoys working in a team environment including working directly with design and validation engineers to ensure tools and flows meet given specifications. Educational or career experience with databases, computer systems, cloud computing and/or machine learning.
We have positions available for:
Front End tools/flows including tools for RTL Simulation, Static checks, Emulation, Gate Level simulation and test generators
User environment tools and flows responsible for handling physical design collateral including database and flow control managers.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience - OR a Masters degree in Software, Computer or Electrical Engineering with the below attributes:
Excellent programming and scripting skills in C/C++, Perl/Tcl, Python, shell scripting or similar languages
Solid understanding of software fundamental like data structures and algorithms
Computer or Software engineer with a passion for scripting and coding with the ability to test any code developed to deliver with a high level of quality
Educational or career experience with databases, compute systems, cloud computing and/or machine learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the Linux OS

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
