ADP is hiring a Marketing/creative writer: Communications Project Coordinator. In this position, you'll be a "go-to" for writing content within ADP's hyper-growth business called Human Resource Outsourcing. This role is charged with creating experience-infused communications to all three of our target audiences including clients, their workers and our own associates who work at ADP.

This is a leading customer relationship team that leverages the power of creativity, the beauty of an idea and the magic of technology to nurture, encourage and sustain strong relationships between brands and their customers.

You are more than a writer, you're a creative strategist and a quick learner. Your copy is fresh and clean, free of clichés and grammatical errors. Plus, you're constantly seeking new means to the story and you have a powerful portfolio of writing samples to back it up.

When it comes to content, while you have experience, you want to become a master of the art of writing for every channel be it: e-mail, web, mobile, presentations, corporate communications or more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop communication touch-point/strategic direction for the business -- Determine the game-plan to drive overall communication approaches across defined target audiences with appropriate messaging, channels, and measurement.
  • Create overarching communication platforms and programs to drive engagement against HRO strategic initiatives across clients, worksite employees and internal associates.
  • Concept, design and execute on a clear and compelling value proposition. Identify partnerships that ADP HRO should source to effectively execute and maximize effectiveness of content delivery. This may include identifying and managing relationship with external creative agencies and content vendors.
  • Support ADP HRO leadership in effectively communicating key product, service, pricing, compliance and other functionally led initiatives. Includes ongoing management of client/worksite employee portal and newsletter communication.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize communication effectiveness using ADP employees to drive client/worksite employee awareness and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal resources across ADP to effectively go-to-market across a variety of initiatives.

A Description of The Ideal Person:

A curious and eager-to-learn writer: You will further master communications in both written and spoken language. For you, a press release is a lay-up and generating noteworthy national content is something that comes naturally.

Self-motivated: Need to be driven by progress and posting actual wins on the board, while failing fast.

Obsessed with customer feedback: As a core belief of our company, this role is charged with carrying the baton and trumpeting this message.

The privilege and responsibility: To evaluate multiple business channels and respond with thoughtfulness, clarity, synthesized insight (e.g. industry, company, competition) and recommendations that drive the evolution of the organization towards the creation of branded experiences that provide great value to our clients. Differentiation should be inclusive of signature offerings, service cues and more.

Pace-setter: This opportunity demands more than keeping pace. Rather, the expectation is that you set the pace amidst a group of talented and passionate individuals in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

Powerfully inspiring: This role is for a way-maker with the ability to navigate a matrix environment of direct and non-direct reports to develop and deliver on goals.

Connected: Able to understand the needs of multiple internal clients, quickly align and maintain close connection through execution of brand experience strategy.

Insightful: Leverage both quantitative and qualitative insight to build profitable/value-additive offerings in the marketplace.

Data is, literally, our middle name: This person should be insatiably curious about what the data is saying and leverage it to drive strategic recommendations.
