Manages a team of software professionals including compiler engineers, architects, and other developers who are responsible for delivering results over many areas of the software lifecycle, including design, development, debug, validation, optimization, customer engagement and/or product support. Development focus is on compiler technologies, programming languages, and application performance. Required to provide architectural and technical guidance and ensure that sound engineering practices are followed. Provides direction and goals to the group and interacts with stakeholders both internal and external. Sets priorities for the team, achieves results across boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment, develops employees, and manages performance.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors with 8 or more years or Masters with 6 or more years or PhD. with 4 or more years in computer science or computer engineering or electrical engineering or related discipline

• 5 years of people management experience and relevant industry experience.
• 3+ years in software development
• 3 or more years of working knowledge of compiler development technologies ( LLVM or similar)
• 3+ years of solid Knowledge of C++.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with:

• Experience in working in cross-geo environment
• At least 1 year of development experience in the compiler or an adjacent area
• LLVM knowledge is a strong plus

$187,370.00-$299,710.00
