Better requires process discipline and simplification

Well be looking for you to provide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance support to agents of Western Union and its affiliates to build programs that are in compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and other anti-money laundering laws as they apply to the Money Services Businesses. You will support agents efforts to comply with company policies and procedures as they relate to AML. Youll evaluate internal controls and anti-money laundering compliance programs for agents through transaction analyses, compliance reviews, and training sessions. You will be responsible for the follow-up with agents that concern review findings. Youll manage compliance relationships and offer compliance support to large agent networks and strategic accounts. You will travel to locations as needed.

For such a detail-oriented role, you will have 4-6 years of experience in compliance or risk-based role from a banking or financial services institution, including 3 years of BSA Compliance. You will be an excellent communicator, keen to utilize your training presentation skills. Youll be customer-centric and have highly developed interpersonal skills. You will have a strong ability to analyze data and have a sound judgment to solve problems. Youll be comfortable in using Microsoft applications and be bilingual in Spanish. You will have the ability to travel to your assigned locations as needed.

The annual gross base salary range is $71,726.15 $122,387.52. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
