If success motivates you, you belong at ADP.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EWe strive for every interaction to be driven by our \u003Cstrong\u003ECORE\u003C/strong\u003E values: \u003Cstrong\u003EInsightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, \u0026 Social Responsibility.\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Utilize balanced lawyering to negotiate, draft and close a wide variety of complex contracts, including master services agreements, nondisclosure agreements, partner agreements, vendor agreements and other legal documents, under limited supervision, while remaining consistent with ADP\u0027s business practices, policies and goals. \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Resolve potential claims and client escalations. \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Evaluate and provide advice and direction with respect to diverse projects, including new product development and initiatives, to ensure compliance with applicable laws.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Provide general legal advice on SBS products and services.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Advise and provide negotiation support to contract business negotiators that are partnered on client contracts.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Conduct periodic training on various agreements and the contract process in general for sales and/or the business.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Resolve day-to-day operational and compliance questions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Review marketing materials and client communications.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Performs other related duties as assigned.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Bachelor\u0027s degree and law degree (Juris doctorate) from an ABA accredited law school.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Bar membership required.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant legal practice, preferably with a top law firm or corporation, with specific emphasis on contract negotiation, outsourcing, analysis and management of contractual risk and exposure.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Must possess a superior knowledge and application of contract and business law with strong legal analysis skills and judgment. \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Must be a strong business partner with the ability to solve legal issues with the business solution in mind.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines are necessary. \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Must demonstrate ability to be assertive while maintaining diplomatic and professional demeanor. \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Demonstrated understanding of software, hardware, and technology agreements necessary. \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Must be able to accommodate some travel.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:\u0026nbsp;\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIn-house experience and/or general knowledge of employment law/wage and hour law is a plus.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
