As a Custom RV ESD QA Engineer you will be part of a talented, dynamic, and international team of engineers responsible for the development of various ESD Test package that will be used by our ESD partners for qualifying PDKs, EDA Tools, and ESD Templates across process nodes.
Qualifications
You
must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for
this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the
requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top
candidates.
Minimum
qualifications:
BS degree in Electrical
Engineering or related STEM major.
4+ years of
semiconductor industry experience in Analog Circuit Design and
in at least 2 of the following
:
- Electrostatic discharge (ESD)
- Programmable Electrical Rules Checking (PERC)
- One of the reliability EDA platforms: Ansys Pathfinder, Synopsys IC Validator PERC, Siemens PERC, or Cadence PERC
Preferred
qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the area of ESD and LU protection development and knowledge of state-of-the-art concepts, victim protection and methodologies
- Fundamental understanding of test methodology and models used for ESD (CDM, HBM)
- Experience in Analog Design, Simulation and Verification
- Hands-on experience with design EDA tool such as Virtuoso, etc.
- Knowledge of ESD pre-Si verification tools such as PERC, Ansys Pathfinder, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work within an international team environment
- Demonstrated project coordination skills

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
