In
this position you will be responsible for working
directly with our internal DEG product partners in client, server,
graphics, FPGAs, etc. to ensure that their needs are understood,
and we are providing them with the necessary IP to build leadership
products.
In detail, the
responsibilities will be but not limited
to:
Managing a complex IP portfolio from architectural definition through IP execution
Acting as the single point of contact in driving both internal and external stakeholder alignment
Working across multiple disciplines to drive technical resolution and direction for IP teams
Escalation management between IP teams and external stakeholders
Executive level communication on critical IPG updates across Intels product portfolio
Management of customer contracts
Prepare & participate IPG level management reviews with our partners
The
ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral
traits:
Experience in SoC flows leading to PRQ (Design, Validation, SD, AMS, Post-Si etc.)
Experience in Soft-IP, Hard-IP design flows
Experience in Post-Silicon validation aspects for IPs and SOC will be an added advantage
Strong skill of stakeholder management
Extremely skilled negotiator in difficult situations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and collaborative leader
Decisive decision maker
Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines to drive issue resolution
Strong technical background
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Minimum
Requirements:
Candidate must have a
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years
experience in program management or relevant
field.
Experience with prior successful silicon development experience either in a similar complex technical program management role, in a silicon development engineering manager/technical lead role or possibly in a related engineering field (such as SOC DA or Application Engineer), providing that the role and responsibilities allowed for deep exposure to SOC or IP development life cycle (PLC), design integration and challenges.
Working cross-site/geo teams with a proven track record of meeting project commitments.
Demonstrated problem solving with creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
Managing project schedule, risk management, and change control processes.
Excellent communication, negotiating and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in presenting to Senior Management.
Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership in a matrix environment.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
