Key Qualifications

  • In this role you will engage with multiple levels of customers organizations to fully understand their cloud infrastructure needs, provide ongoing updates on product roadmaps and bring essential insights from customer needs to engineering teams
  • You will partner with engineering management to help plan new product capabilities and additional infrastructure capacity to address customer needs in a timely manner
  • You will advocate on behalf of Apple Cloud Infrastructure internal customers and become a trusted advisor to engineering, engineering managers, engineering directors and engineering project managers

Description

WHAT WE'LL EXPECT FROM YOU:

5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure (IaaS or PaaS) customer solutions management, technical account management or solutions architecture

Ability to facilitate discussions about complex solution design tradeoffs and drive conflict resolution in collaboration with domain experts

Experience with Public cloud deployments

Previous experience as software engineer, SRE or engineering/technical project manager

Experience in large scale infrastructure design and deployment projects

Solid understanding of the challenges that face developers deploying large applications on cloud infrastructure

Excellent interpersonal communications skills to lead productive and collaborative meetings.

Excellent written and visual communications skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher field, such as computer science, engineering or mathematics
