Intel is seeking a
highly qualified candidate to join our team as a Customer Success
Engineer (CSE) - Cloud Native Storage.
You can be a part
of the Datacenter and AI Group's Business Innovation Office as we
build new businesses for Intel. Our organization combines the
agility of startups with the resources and partnerships of a global
enterprise to move quickly in strategic sectors with novel
products, services, and business models.
We are building a
new business around cloud native storage disaggregation, where data
center operators are willing to separately scale storage and
compute, separated by a high-speed fabric. Resource utilization and
scalability is a key problem in today's datacenters and
disaggregation can bring orders of magnitude cost savings to our
customers.
As the CSE for this exciting new business, you
will play a crucial role working day-to-day with our customers and
product teams.
Job responsibilities may
include, but not limited
to:
- Build compelling data center solutions proof of concept and benchmark with various applications using Intel processor, networking, memory/storage, and software products.
- Install, configure, optimize data center hardware/software solution replicating customer environment and automate data center testing and deployment.
- Create compelling TCO analysis and position value propositions for highly complex systems.
- Creation and maintenance of data sheets and technical how-to guides.
- Direct customer interaction, including one-on-one or group customer interaction working independently as well as with teams to influence key decision makers at all levels required.
- Work with the sales team to help resolve customers technical questions.
- Deliver top ranked training both small and large audiences of technical experts on detailed technical products, concepts, and solutions for internal and external teams.
- Establish technical network within and outside Intel.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have a Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in Engineering Architecture, Technical Marketing or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a PME/TME or similar role and working directly with end customers.
- 2+ years of data center storage experience with experience in disaggregated infrastructure a bonus.
