The Technology
Development Analytics and Technology Automation (TD ATA0 Central
Engineering Automated Material Handling Systems AMHS group is
looking for a highly driven and disciplined individual to join our
team as an Engineering Technician responsible for supporting AMHS
projects and construction of new equipment and continuous
improvement to existing equipment in D1 Factory campus throughout
the life cycle of the projects. This will give you the opportunity
to learn a variety of technical and project management skills from
install to qualifications and troubleshooting in a rewarding and
fast-paced construction and production
environments.
Work is somewhat complex and is
performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined
parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and
non-standard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters.
High degree of judgment and initiative is required in resolving
complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations.
Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed
instructions on new work.
The ideal

Additionally,
candidate must be willing
to:
Wear closed shoes all day.
Work on a night or day shift compressed work week schedule.
Shifts are twelve hours long and rotate from three to four days a week.
Lift up to 30 lbs walk long distances and climb stairs.
Push carts for at least a distance of 500 m.
Perform detailed visual inspection tasks.
Qualifications
You
must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained
through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military
training, and/or work experience. Preferred qualifications are in
addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus
factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess at least one of the
following educational or experience
requirements:
Candidate must possess an Associate's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Mechanical/Technical Certification or equivalent (e.g., minimum of 3+ years of equivalent military training in Mechanics/Machinists/Electronics/Avionics/Automotive Mechanics/Maintenance/EOD/Equipment/Repairers/Systems/Technician/Sonar Training or Construction related trades).
Minimum of 1 year of Semiconductor experience as a Maintenance or Manufacturing Technician.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience
with:
Reading schematics and complex drawings or diagrams.
Previous preventative maintenance and troubleshooting experience on 300mm Fab equipment.
Knowledge of process control systems.
Experience in computer software including Microsoft Office and data base entry.
