As the MSOA Operational Analytics Data engineer, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Delivering Automation solutions in partnership with business subject matter experts and super users to solve complex problems and developing an effective analytics self-service community with in the business.

  • Designing and applying leading Data Analytics solutions to influence how the Labor and Training business groups in factories worldwide use analytics as an integral ingredient to enable world class output.

  • Developing automation, performing analysis and building data driven apps to translate data into intelligence, solve a variety of business problems and enable business strategy.

  • Enabling data culture through engagements with customers, educating them on technical capabilities available and facilitating data accessibility and awareness initiatives.

  • Possess written and communication skills. Willing to clearly communicate project status, risks and help needed.

  • Willing to elicit requirements, discuss solution options and drive adoption with customers.

  • Desire to drive change and infuse new mindset across factory partners to streamline business.

  • Challenges status quo and has a passion to drive smart change using data.

  • Project management skills as well as Labor and Training business background with a track record of managing, leading and delivering complex projects thru multi-disciplinary, matrixed cross- geo teams and partnerships.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

3+ years of experience in areas such as:

  • Solid Data Modeling techniques at all levels (Entity relationship models, Tabular Models, BI models).

  • ETL Techniques and toolsets (SSIS, Power BI, Python, Perl).

  • Microsoft Business Intelligence Technology Toolsets (SSAS, SSMS, Visual Studio, DAX, Power BI Visualization, SQL Azure, Excel).

  • PowerApps and SharePoint.

  • Source Management (GitLab, GitHub) at Intel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
