External Manufacturing
Production team (EMP) is a department within Global External
Manufacturing and Sourcing (GEMS) chartered with enabling world
class collaboration and execution with our 3rd party Foundry,
Assembly and Test suppliers. EMP seeks a dynamic Operational
Analytics Data scientist to support the Data Analytics and IT Team
(DA).
The ideal candidate will be inquisitive,
motivated and have a strong affinity to data with proven experience
in delivering analytics and data solutions within the supply chain
domain.
As the EMP DA Data Scientist, you will
be responsible for but not limited to:
Delivering
Operational Analytics and Automation solutions in partnership with
business subject matter experts and super users to solve complex
problems and developing an effective analytics self-service
community within the business.
Designing and applying
leading Data Analytics solutions to influence how the business
groups in EMP use analytics as an integral ingredient to a world
class Manufacturing organization.
Developing algorithms
and mathematical models, performing experimentation and building
data driven apps to translate data into intelligence, solve a
variety of business problems and enable business
strategy.
Delivering data engineering and automation
capabilities that enable analytics solution.
Enabling
EMP wide data culture through engagements with customers, educating
them on technical capabilities available and facilitating data
accessibility and awareness initiatives.
The

Project management skills as well as Supply Chain business

partnerships.

with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a
dynamic environment

Qualifications
You must meet the minimum qualifications to be considered for this job.
Minimum
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning or similar STEM degree
- Business Intelligence products.
- Developing BI models and solutions using Microsoft BI stack Power BI On Premise Cloud
- ETL techniques traditional cloud DAX SQL Studio Azure
- Azure Data Platform including Synapse/SQL/DataLake, LogicApps, Data Factory
- Statistics and advanced analytics to find patterns and relationships in data
- Large data set manipulation
- Creation of data models and visualizations to tell a compelling story and interpret the results that will enable others to drive change and action to drive business optimizations Predictive modeling statistics Machine Learning Data Mining and other data analysis techniques to collect explore and extract insights from structure and unstructured data.
- Experience with modern analytics frameworks to drive world-class analytics capability
- Analytics languages and frameworks such as Python, R, Plotly, Dash
Preferred Qualifications:
� Work experience in Supply Chain is preferred
� Hands on experience with Agile Development methodology and framework
� Lean Six Sigma certification
� MS Azure Data Platform certification
� APICS CSCP certification

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
