We are seeking an experienced professional in an R&D role who brings expertise from semiconductor packaging, PCB fabrication, SMT assembly, mechanical tooling/design, & automation. The ideal candidate should have a consistent track record of creating new ideas, filing patents, and bringing these ideas to product phase.

A successful individual will have experience in leadership roles and can communicate effectively to executives. The work will require working in an office and lab environment. The individual should be driven and comfortable working in a rapidly changing R&D environment.

Education & Experience

MS/PhD in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, EE Science
