In this position you will lead and manage a team of people involved in applying technology to achieve a software-based solution supporting ADP\u0027s company goals. Leadership includes communicating, promoting teamwork, fostering quality awareness, establishing and maintaining relationships, motivating, rewarding and recognizing achievements, coaching and counseling, monitoring and maintaining group moral and setting an example. Management includes assessing performance and providing feedback, assigning work tasks, identifying and securing training from team members, guiding team members along career paths, managing within budget and schedule requirements, planning and managing projects, providing status reports and ensuring that work in performed in a professional manner and according to established processes and standards.\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELead a team of programmers and quality assurance engineers in the pursuit of business \u0026 technology objectives using Agile methodologies.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork closely with Product Management and Business stakeholders on initiatives, objectives, priorities \u0026 approach.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELead design and development of enhancements and new services.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ERecruits, hires and retains qualified people. Maintains budgeted staffing levels.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsures that team members receive adequate technical, product and effectiveness/skills training to enable them to contribute to the success of the product and to equip each Associate for ongoing professional development.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECoaches and counsels the team to facilitate the growth and effectiveness of both the group and its individuals.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitors performance and provides frequent feedback to team members to increase technical and product related skills, as well as individual effectiveness.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInitiates additional training (seminars, special courses, etc.) as needed.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork with internal \u0026 external parties to plan, architect and integrate services into ADP\u0027s ecosystem.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProactively manage service infrastructure, operations, monitoring \u0026 support.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure optimal \u0026 efficient performance, scalability \u0026 capacity in an ever-growing environment.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage releases, migrations and schedules.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPursue, lead \u0026 cultivate innovation relevant domain\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to prepare and present project status, ideas and analytics to executive level management.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQualifications:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFour-year degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EA minimum of seven years\u0027 experience in managing software-related application development, or equivalent team lead experience.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMust possess good supervisory and interpersonal skills for motivating and developing employees.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMust be a goal-oriented team builder and collaborator who creates enthusiasm, fosters openness to new ideas and works cooperatively with others\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong knowledge of micro service architecture.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProven track record with large scale, high performing systems.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBasic knowledge of micro services stack -- .Net, Java, Docker, Redis, REST/JSON, and SQL/Oracle/Postgres.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong understanding of DevOps \u0026 automated change management through Jenkins, Ansible or similar technologies.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOperating system platforms include Microsoft Windows and Linux.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBasic knowledge of AWS.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EA passion for Agile development\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong data driven analysis \u0026 problem-solving skills.
