The Corporate Planning Capabilities group has an exciting opportunity available to lead a new transformation team as Director, Integrated Supply Chain ModelAs Director, Integrated Supply Chain Model, you will be responsible for the design of how Intel's information processes and policies will support our supply chain of the future. Intel is making significant investments across our master data, planning and execution systems that will support the speed, and performance of our future supply chain. This role needs to be recognized as an authority by top group management level and respected by peers across multiple organizations. The position requires management of a team of expert data engineers to drive corporate investments to deliver an integrated supply chain information system that will support our financial, customers service, and execution decisions. This position requires a combination of business acumen, organization savvy, networking capabilities and data expertise as it applies to supply chain business process design.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Design integrated SC model -- business architecture with a data focus. Provide expert direction to how our data needs to be structured, managed and connected to ensure trusted data is provided at the speed required. Translate model into data needs for supply chain planning decision making. Manage a team of subject matter experts to ensure the desired solution is designed to meet the value commitment Develop our data roadmap to drive multi-year execution. Identification/ management of milestones and project goals, creation of schedules, and tracking of all items to ensure successful program delivery Primary partner to our business process leadership and Information Technology groups to ensure business process is connected via simple data strategies.The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex projects involving both technology and business process Self-driven, meticulous, highly organized, and strong task/project and process management skills Strategic-minded, understands the big picture, yet passionate about planning and executing tactical workload Skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proven ability to build consensus, influence, and work effectively within a cross-organizational team Must demonstrate outstanding judgment and mature business skills with the ability to establish a strong rapport with senior management and business stakeholders Global cultural orientation and working experience Communication/ listening skills leveraged to effectively communicate with and influence executives and senior technical leaders


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field of study. 10+ years in Supply Chain, Product Planning or related work experience managing direct reports 10+ years of relevant experience in data design and business process design transformation Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent is preferred Master's degree in industrial engineering, computer science, Supply Chain or related field of study Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis data models Familiarity and working knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems Knowledge of Semiconductor Supply ChainRequirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
